Our Story
As young children, we migrated to the US with our parents for a better opportunity. We watched our parents and communities struggle to adjust while making a lot of mistakes along the way.
As we got older, we had to assume the roles of translator, immigration support, travel agent and so much more.
Our years of experience led us to the idea that our services would have been ideal for our families to take advantage of.

Avrina Anderson-Urbonavicius, B.S.
Hailing from the enchanting landscapes of Jamaica, I have always had dreams and ambitions that transcended the boundaries of my island upbringing. Relocating to the United States as a teenager, I carried with me a fervent desire to make a positive impact on the lives of my fellow islanders. After completing a Bachelor of Science in the vibrant city of New York, I delved into the realm of healthcare as a dedicated medical professional.
Yet, the yearning to contribute meaningfully to my homeland persisted, prompting me to take a courageous leap. Departing from my secure position, I committed myself to my true passion—facilitating connections between individuals and their dream professions. My journey serves as a testament to the pursuit of one's calling and the unwavering determination to effect positive change.
FOUNDER
Simas Urbonavicius, B.S.B., M.S.
Born in Lithuania, I embarked on an extraordinary journey at a young age, relocating to the United States with my family in search of a better life. The immigrant experience was no easy feat, as I navigated the challenges of adapting to a new culture, overcoming language barriers, and confronting various obstacles along the way. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Financial Crime Investigations while living in the US. As a result, I gained lots of valuable experience working in finance in New York City for 10+ years
Fast forward two decades, and I have returned to my homeland with a wealth of experience. Fueled by the struggles I faced, I am now dedicated to easing the transition for fellow immigrants arriving in Lithuania. Ready to lend a helping hand, I am committed to empowering newcomers and ensuring they find their footing in a new country.
